The Alpha Foundation of Howard County, Inc. provides support and funding to the educational programs of Howard County’s chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. The goal is to raise the educational achievement of young Black men and help them avoid falling into the nationwide educational achievement gap that limits the advancement of most African American men.

The Alpha Foundation of Howard County, Inc. (AFHC) and the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. - Kappa Phi Lambda Chapter cordially invite you to attend our 47th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Breakfast.

Targeting African-American males in grades 9 – 12, the Alpha Achievers is an educational program of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Howard County Chapter.  Operating in all twelve Howard County high schools, the program fosters a positive learning environment in order to facilitate students’ pursuit of excellence.
